When ordering or registering on our site you may be asked to provide information such as: your name, email address, phone number and credit card information. This information is used to process transactions, send emails announcing new products, news or specials and also to improve our customer service and our website. We will not sell, exchange or transfer your private information without your consent other than for the purpose of delivering your purchased product. The only exception to this is if we believe it is appropriate to release your information to legal authorities, we will do so in order to protect ours or others rights, property or safety.
Your information is safe with us! We have implemented a variety of security measures to ensure the safety of your personal information including using a secure server and encrypted payment system. Our payment systems can only be accessed by individuals with special rights to the systems. Please note, your financial information will not be stored on our servers after the transaction is complete.
All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase/invoice date. Here are the steps to take in order to process your return:
1. Log into your account. Click on the order that includes the item you would like to return. On the right hand side click on "Add New RMA". From there, select the reason why you want to return the item and if you'd prefer a refund, store credit or exchange. After initiating the RMA, you will receive an automated email advising that the RMA was received and more instructions. Please include the RMA number from that email in your return.
2. Only new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned. Original condition means free of any odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable). Baby Carriers CANNOT be returned. All carriers/wraps are final sale.
3. If a coupon code is used for free merchandise and your order falls below the $ threshold required to receive the free merchandise, the free merchandise must be returned unwashed/unused in original packaging or the value of the free merchandise will be deducted from your refund.
4. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend purchasing insurance and/or a Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package is traceable. My Sweet Pickles is not responsible for returned items we do not receive.
5. If your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from all returns processed for a refund. This does not apply to local orders that were picked up or delivered by us.
6. Processing on our end may take up to 10 business days, however it will most likely be much quicker than that.
7. Exceptions: Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Defective merchandise cannot be returned to My Sweet Pickles. You must contact the manufacturer directly. Please send us a message and we would be happy to get you their contact information. The exception to this would be exclusive products. Please contact us if you have a potential warranty claim on an a My Sweet Pickles exclusive product.
8. Exchanges: We will try our best to make an exchange, however due to the high turnover of our inventory, we reserve the right to issue store credit vs. an exchange. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges from you to My Sweet Pickles.
9. Refused Packages: Any packages sent back to us as "refused" are subject to a 25% restocking fee, as well as shipping fees. If you need to return a product, please follow the steps listed above.
10. Cancelled Orders: If you would like to cancel your order, we will cancel with no fee so long as the shipping label has not been created. If a shipping label has been created, we will charge a 10% restocking fee meaning we will refund your order less 10%. If you order has already been picked up by the shipping carrier your order cannot be cancelled. You may return your order following the steps above.
Free Local Pickup: This option will show up if you are a South Dakota resident. Please note that our inventory is located about 30 miles north of Sioux Falls, SD, so only select that option if you truly intend on picking up.
