This product is a smaller version of my husband's favorite diaper, Happy Heiny one-size pocket. It has rise snaps to adjust to fit from 4-15 pounds, and it comes with two inserts, an extra small and a small. Great idea for twins and preemies especially, but will fit newborns for awhile as it does fit to 15 pounds. Available in all solid colors and prints as the regular Happy Heiny pockets.
