   My friend Jennifer is raving about these and I can see why. It's a new kind of breast pad which stops leaks by applying constant pressure to the breast. They stick to the breast so that they can be worn without a bra and don't show under clothes. You can wear them swimming. (Although I'm not sure leaking would be as much of a problem swimming.) You can wash and reuse them for months. Most heavy leaking seems to stop after a few months so after that you can keep them for times you just want to be sure, like a dinner at a nice restaurant.  They are made of silicone.
