Which insert should I choose? Microfiber inserts are absorbant and economical. Use one for daytime or two for nights and naps. 3 layers of microfiber.

For routine washing, run a cold rinse with no detergent. Then a hot wash with 1/2 the amount of detergent recommended on detergent label. Extra rinse if needed. Hang to dry or machine dry on normal or warm setting.
