We appreciate your business and are here to help you with questions as you begin to purchase and use your items. We know you are excited to use your new items but please try them on your little one before washing to ensure proper fit.

Once items are washed, they are considered used and are no longer eligible for return.(There is only one exception to this: Washed items may be returned if you are participating in the Try Cloth Program.)

Payment Methods:

We accept Mastercard , VISA, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.  Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account.
How does it work?
Quick Shopping Cart will send your order information to PayPal, where you will enter payment information. PayPal offers a variety of payment options. PayPal is the trusted leader in online payments and it enables shoppers and businesses to send and receive money online. NOTE: Customers do not require a PayPal account to use this payment method.
Is it safe to use?
PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant. Paypal offers 100% protection against any unauthorized payments sent from your account and very purchase is confirmed with an email receipt.

Minnesonta residents will have  6.5% sales tax applied on all non clothing items. Diapers and covers are considered clothing. We are located in Minneapolis, Minnesota and you may pick up or possibly have your items delivered for free within a limited area (orders over $100) . Use the coupon code "local" for free shipping.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock we will email or call to inform you of the expected ship date. You have the option of changing your order at that time. If you choose to go ahead there is a 25% restocking fee for canceled orders on out-of-stock or special order items. This is to cover our costs of ordering your specific items from the manufacturer in the event that you no longer want them. In general these items will show an approximate shipping time of greater than one week.

Returns/Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you if you need to make exchanges or a return. We inspect products before they are shipped to ensure quality. Please contact us immediately if you find a problem before shipping items back for returns so we can assist you with the process or check availability on exchanges. katrina@mysweetpickles.com

Items must be in re-sellable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have odor, dirt, marks etc.  Please wash and try one diaper first before washing them all.  Please check sizing information before purchasing diapers.

We will accept unused, unwashed new items for return within 14 days of the delivered date. Upon receiving the returned items and verifying that they are in new condition, you will be refunded your purchase price (minus shipping charges) in the same manner in which you paid. If you’d like to make a return past 14 days, store credit will be given up to 30 days from the delivered date. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

If the items you would like to return were out-of-stock or special order items, they may not be eligible for return and/or you may be charged a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us if you have questions on a particular item. We will return the item at your expense if it does not fall under these guidelines.

Before shipping your item, please contact us to verify that it is eligible for return or exchange. Please ship using USPS with delivery confirmation and/or tracking and insure your items. We cannot be responsible for returns lost due to shipping errors. Again, please insure your return shipping.

 If the exchange is due to an order error on our end, we will refund your postage paid to ship back to us. If it is not our error, we cannot cover shipping charges. Please email before sending the item so we can verify the exchange is in stock. Katrina@mysweetpickles.com

Finally, items from the "Gently Used" section are not returnable. We do inspect those tems and they are in excellent condition.

Refusal of Deliveries

Customers who refuse to accept delivery of an order are still responsible for the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.  This includes orders which originally qualified for free shipping.

Manufactures Defect

If the item is defective, for example snaps are broken, stitching is coming undone; please contact the manufacture directly. You can find return Merchandise Authorization forms at the follow web addresses.

Shipping:

We ship via USPS and charge a $5 flat fee with free shipping for orders over $75. We ship via USPS either First Class (under 13 oz.), Priority or Parcel Post if your order is especially heavy (I'll let you know). All orders placed within the United States will be charged as follows:  $5 flat fee and  shipping will be FREE over $75.  There is an extra $5 shipping charge for one dozen prefolds.  Local customers please use the coupon code "local" and you will not be charged for shipping.
